Hours of Operation
Soulful Journey's Policies
It is my intention and my commitment to provide my clients with professional service. Therefore, I have adopted the following policies.
Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Your 1-hour massage session consists of 50 minutes of massage — the remaining time is for consultation and dressing.
Cancellation & No-Show
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Clients who fail to cancel within 24 hours will be asked to pre-pay for future services. No-shows will pre-pay for future services.
Late Arrival
Out of respect for your therapist and other clients, please be on time. Being late will shorten your massage time. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled.
Your Comfort
Gloria is happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, or focus area at any time during your session. Please communicate your needs — your comfort is the priority.
